Take NH4 to Tumkur then NH206 to Honnavar via Arsikere, Shimoga and Talguppa. NH17 to Karwar via Kumta, Gokarna and Ankola, then take a motorboat to Devbag.
When to go:-
Dont go during monsoons. October to May would be ideal.
